The site includes a fully searchable database of photos and press clippings, the pages of the site also show up in the seach results.
The background section also includes a database driven section which allows people to easily update the pages with tinformation about personnel working in different offices around the world.

Sing-a-long-a is based on a Franchise operation and this site in conjunction with the Franchise site gives everyone the instructions, time planning and promotional campaigns for running the show. People come here to pick up photos for press publication, e-mails for campaigns and instructions on all aspects of marketing as well as having access to press clippings from the past and background info about the show.

The whole site has been designed so that it can be printed out perfectly formatted as a document using Word or the Adobe PDF system.

Part of the brief was to make it as easy as possible for all types of computer user. As the original document is quite extensive the colour coding was employed to give people a hand towards really clear navigation.

This launch timeline tells people when durimng the run up to the show they should carry out different jobs. there is an interactive version based on Flash and SQL which allows the producer to drag his plans into the right place on the timeline for them and can be updated from anywhere or shared and worked on by any number of people.
